At Doziee, we take pride in offering premium cologne for both men and women. We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refunds and returns process outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for products that meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must not show signs of tampering or damage.
Note: Due to the nature of personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cologne for health and safety reasons, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Customer Support:
Send an email to dozieestores@outlook.com with the subject line "Return Request." Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Return Authorization:
Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions within 2 business days. Please note that products returned without a RAN may not be accepted.
c. Shipping the Product:
After receiving your RAN, please package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at dozieestores@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos of the damaged product, if applicable.
We will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with a prepaid return label to ship the item back to us. Once the defective or damaged product is received, we will either:
- Replace the product at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following products are non-returnable:
- Any product that has been opened or used (except in cases of defect or damage).
- Products that have exceeded the 30-day return window.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you must return the item you purchased following the process above and place a new order.
